Showing a warning if the file added or edited actually return an error (Manually modified).

Now the file is just executed for error search.
Putted execution in an if so it satisfy euo (no exit)
execute_and_capture function to execute and capture error
Displaying error in case as warnings
Executing the command in a subshell so it does not show errors directly
