This PR removes the old installation way and packages everything for debian
The packages are:

  • setup-base
  • setup-bash
  • setup-debian
  • setup-forgejo
  • setup-git
  • setup-python
  • setup-ruby
  • setup-vim
  • setup (metapackage)
