Coc-nvim & coc-solargraph needs to be tracked

https://github.com/neoclide/coc.nvim with .vim plugin (Can be installed with vim8 native plugin manager)
And cocsettings.json

Install nodejs as a dependancy of setup-vim.

Add coc.nvim as a submodule using the release branch. Stamp versions (commit id) into main repo. Ship it as an opt pack with it's config alongside (see plugin/coc.vim) on zeromaximum.

Install solargraph with setup-ruby and bash lsp with setup-bash. May require to set setup-vim as a dependancy.
