Since .bashrc file is now included in the setup:
In a new environment, where .bashrc was altered the original modifications made are discarded.
This could be an issue because it's not so lightweight even if the original file is backuped.
Find a way to clearly manage the replacmeent of already existing files.

  • Add original debian .bashrc file to the repository
  • Diff the in place .bashrc and the original if not managed by this project (Comment # Managed by XXX).
  • Output the diff to show discarded changes maybe with a confirmation.
